Pump.fun on Ethereum: EVM Swaps, Fees & Safety Checks

How Pump.fun exposes Ethereum tokens: live discovery, Etherscan identity, cross-chain payment controls and important execution limitations.

What Pump.fun on Ethereum means

Pump.fun is no longer described adequately by a Solana launchpad-only workflow: the live app includes Ethereum discovery and token-specific cross-chain order panels. We verified the Ethereum filter and one token screen on 22 October 2026 without trading. This page covers that EVM interface, not an Ethereum deployment of the Solana launchpad.

Separate Ethereum from similarly named tokens

Our Ethereum result was Pangea, with an Ethereum chain label, a Uniswap venue label and its own contract. The same name also appeared in other chain feeds, but the addresses differed. Search by the intended contract and confirm the network on the token page; the ticker and logo are not enough to identify an Ethereum asset.

What the Ethereum trade screen exposes

The inspected page combined token information with Buy and Sell controls, a USD amount input, a payment-asset selector and a cross-chain swap label. The funding selector showed SOL for our account. This means the source asset can differ from the destination network; it does not mean you are buying an Ethereum token on Solana. Review the output asset and route before any signature.

Safe Mode can stop an otherwise visible token

For the inspected Ethereum example, Safe Mode blocked buying. We did not disable it or treat that token as a trading recommendation. Discovery access and executable quotes are different checks. Even when a token is not blocked, review contract permissions, liquidity and price impact; a Uniswap label does not validate the token’s issuer or economics.

Which Ethereum features are still unverified?

This walkthrough did not prove Ethereum-native token launching, PumpSwap graduation, Ethereum limit orders, sniping or automated copying. An app can expose a network while offering fewer controls than on Solana. Compare the Ethereum workflow against an Ethereum-specific alternative using only the controls established for this chain, rather than a shared product score.

Callouts add context, not execution guarantees

A trader’s call may provide a thesis and a link to the asset, while public positions provide additional context. Neither is a promise that your Ethereum order will obtain the same price. Check the token’s network after following a callout. Social following is not automatic copying, and compensation or token interests can affect the author’s incentives.

Fees and the referral link

The official fee page lists an EVM charge of 0.10–0.15%, plus a 0.45% app fee (0.40% with an applied referral) and provider charges. Check the final quote.

Sources and walkthrough scope

Checked 22 October 2026 using Pump.fun’s chain-filtered Explore view, the token interface and official terms. Example inspected: Pangea; contract 0x6434e57e8d12B92bb4D0b1EFb3274748B75196ea. This identifies our sample, not a recommendation. No funds were deposited and no transaction was signed.
